HISTORIC ZINSZER BUILDING RENOVATION

This project consisted of a 30,000 square foot renovation of an existing historic building. Our team provided the design parameters regarding historic tax credit requirements to create a blend of modern and historic features. The exterior was painted, and the Interior updated to create an office work environment suitable for Montgomery, LLC, the new tenant.
