THE NAAMAN CLINIC

The Naaman Clinic is now seeing patients from their new home located on the second floor of the Concourse 100 Building in Hoover, Alabama. Recognized for being a Surgical Dermatology office, Naaman Clinic also attends to patients living with critical skin cancer.

For this boutique interior build-out, Designform worked closely with In-Rel Properties and Dr. Bailey to provide space planning services, architectural and interior design, electrical engineering, mechanical / plumbing engineering, and fire protection. This project’s schedule was accelerated in order to meet the needs and urgencies of their patients.

The scope of the project was a two suite build-out of approximately 5,548-square-feet. Specifically, the labs required the most attention to detail and coordination due to the equipment requirements specific to each of the three labs. These individual MOHs labs were explicitly designed for Dr. Bailey’s distinct needs. A negative pressure room was adjoined to a lab for vital cancer tissue processing. The build-out also features administrative areas, four laser / cosmetic rooms, five clinical exam rooms, two waiting rooms, and multiple nurse stations throughout the office.

The final design acts as a physical expression of the ability to accommodate excellent patient services and experiences while addressing the complexity of their practice.
