This 2.5 acre site originally hosted a landmark restaurant which was demolished in order to maximize the retail potential of this prime commercial location.

Designform was commissioned to prepare a number of plans illustrating various design options. Once completed, Designform developed a strategy for regulatory approvals including design review and zoning variances.

The final development plan yielded connected Tudor style buildings designed to complement the designs of nearby Mountain Brook and Crestline Villages.
