PLANT JOSEPH M. FARLEY SUPPORT BUILDING
Designed to accommodate the nuclear plant’s support services, this 74,627-square-foot facility was completed in 2012.
The Support Building is a four-story, conventional steel-framed structure that includes programmatic amenities such as an auditorium, aerobics & weights/exercise area, dining, medical/exam, conference rooms, classrooms, chemistry laboratories, and administrative and support offices for personnel at the Plant Farley Nuclear site.
The facility features a masonry exterior, adorned with precast concrete accents. Interior spaces include generous common areas for quick and comfortable access between rooms. Classrooms and conference spaces are well-equipped with the latest communication technology, including SMART boards and high-speed internet access for teleconferencing.
