This 300,000-square-foot mixed retail development is constructed of conventional steel frame with a masonry exterior.

The new development is strategically located on a prime commercial site in Trussville, Alabama. The retail strip facade and the developments’ free-standing buildings are all designed to blend architecturally with the adjacent Phase I.

Designform provided architectural design, structural engineering, MEPFP engineering, construction documentation, project management, and tenant planning for this project.
